What we collect
Account details (your name, partner’s name, email, wedding date), the planning data you enter (budget, guests, vendors, seating, timeline) and basic usage analytics to help us improve. Nothing more.
Why we collect it
To run your wedding dashboard, send you account-related emails (never marketing without consent), and improve the product. We never sell or rent your data.
Who can see your data
Only you and anyone you explicitly invite. Our team accesses individual accounts only when you ask us to (for support). We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
AI Wedding Friend
Conversations with the AI are stored against your account so you can scroll back through them. They are not used to train public AI models.
Your rights
Export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email hello@yourweddingfriends.com and we’ll process the request within 30 days.

Children
Yourweddingfriends is for adults planning their wedding. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
